1# Flux is synthetic binary salt in forms of granule, spherical and powder. 
Melting Point: 480℃
Color: off-white 


Size of 1# Flux

Granule 0.8-3.25mm, 1-4mm,1-5mm,1-10mm
Spherical 0.15-0.6mm, 1-2mm, 0.6-1mm 
Other size can be adjusted according to customer request.


Function Size of 1# Flux

Used for refining all series alloys and pure aluminum except those containing high magnesium.it applies to reverberatory, rotary, tilter and large electric resistance furnace. This flux can effectively remove hydrogen and oxide inclusions in the melt. 


Packing of 1# Flux

1. 2.0kg or 2.5kg or 5kg heat sealed polyethylene (PE) bags into 20 or 25kgs bags or cartons with or without pallet 
2. Special packing may be offered on request

Warnings of 1# Flux

1# Flux has a shelf life of 12 months if stored in the normal temperature and closed shaded dry area in undamaged original packing.
Care should be taken to prevent moisture pick-up during storage of especially after bags have been opened.

The main components of deslagging agent are potassium, chlorine and fluorine. Among them, JKCZ-1 and JKCZ-2 all contain sodium, while JKCZ-3 does not contain sodium. The deslagging agent  produced by our company alleviates the disadvantageous factors of iron oxide to melt lime. The slag remover is adopting pre-melting process of calcium oxide, alumina and iron oxide and by pressing ball process. Because of the pre-melting process, calcium oxide is melted in advance, and calcium ferrite and calcium aluminate are formed in advance with iron oxide and alumina, which can reduce the heat needed for converter melting and shorten the melting time. General Description And Function of Drossing-Off Flux Drossing-off flux is used to absorb oxides and non-metallic material, cleansing the metal and forming a good metal-free dross which can easily be removed.  Drossing-off fluxes agglomerate the oxides allowing easy removal from the surface of the melt. They are used to remove the dross with the minimum metal loss  Advantages of Drossing-Off Flux 1. Being exothermic fluxes, it can ensure that liquid aluminum trapped in the dross layer is returned to the melt. Produce dry powdery dross.  2. Provide further decrease of the flux melting point and improve its cleaning ability. Due to the high wetting capacity of fluoride compounds: it has a good effect of contributes to oxide – metal separation.  3.
